Meet Nara Muniz
Founder | Coach & Consultant
Nara Muniz França, Ph.D.
For more than 30 years, my work has been rooted in education, empowerment, and social change—from teaching in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro to leading programs in San Diego. In every setting, my purpose has remained the same: to help people discover their power, connect with others, and shape the future they want to create.
As a consultant and coach, I bring that lifelong commitment to growth and belonging into my work with individuals, teams, and organizations. Through Next Flow Strategies, I support people and communities to move beyond self-doubt, embrace authenticity, and foster spaces of development and social justice.
